Guptt products are designed to be durable, safe and reliable. That said, sometimes things can still go wrong. In the unlikely case this happens, we are here to make them right.
Most of our vibrating products come with a warranty which will cover most manufacturing defects that have not been cased by wear and tear or misuse. Should you product become faulty and is eligible under the manufacturers warranty you can contact us and a member of our team will guide you through this process.
Before submitting a claim, please consult your product manual to review proper usage instructions.
