We are confident you will never want to return your Guptt products. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange your product, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, which have been opened and/or used. If you wish to return any items back to us, please contact a member of our returns team.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you can do so by contacting us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you a returns number and full instructions of how you can return your unwanted products back to us.
All eligible returns must be unused, unsealed and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals still intact. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our personal products, we are unable to accept those which have been opened or used.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
All personalised items, including gift certificates are not returnable. Products which have been opened or used are also un-returnable.
If your Guptt product develops a fault within 1 year of receipt, please contact a member of our team who will happily provide you an exchange or credit note. Please note: many of our products have an additional 1 year manufacturers warranty, so please get in touch, where our team can assist with this process.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer services within 5 days of your delivery. We will ask you to return the defected or damaged product before we send you a full exchange. If you receive your parcel and it seems tampered or opened, we advise you NOT TO ACCEPT the delivery with the courier.
We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
All refunds can only be refunded back to the original card from which payment was taken. Refunds can not be accepted for any delivery charge which has been applied to your order or return cost.
When a refund request has been received within 30 days of receipt, we will allow you the option to exchange your products for an alternative. We can only despatch the replacement items once the original item/s have been received at our warehouse un-used, un-opened and with all packaging and seals intact.
